Matt and Owen haven't been getting along and things have only gotten worse when Owen threw away his ADHD medication in the middle of the night. Every day and everything is a battle with Owen, from asking him to get dressed in the morning to brushing his teeth at night. Plus Owen's behavior at school is horrible. I was told that since the middle of October, he's been sent to the Office 28 times!! I thought letting Owen stay with Diane and Dave would help us all but I was painfully wrong. It made things worse and we will never see those two again. No one has been in my shoes, so they don't have any place to talk or lecture me.
Owen has a fantasy about Michael and wants to meet him. We fly out in early January and stay for a week. Owen might be staying in Georgia but that will be up to him. This decision is not easy for me and could use all the support. If you don't agree with my decisions, keep it to yourself.
